Asia levels represent key levels of support or resistance during the lower liquidity Asian session. They stem from key levels of institutional interest during the most recent US &/or European session, and acknowledge that the Asian session does not typically see much volatility (news events aside), providing a fertile environment for range trades from these levels.

These levels are not always clearly defined, hence a level is not always published for every pair. The chosen pairs reflect those with the most interest from Singapore, Sydney, & Tokyo-based institutions - for example, Asian & Australasian institutions typically have little or no interest in the loonie (USDCAD).

A Hole represents a level in the middle area of a price distribution that represents little or no interest from market participants. They counter-intuitively can act as a key level of support or resistance.
